Both Slovenian top level coaches that our agency placed this season, Slobodan "Pixi" Subotic(Al Riyadi Beirut - Lebanon) and Ales Pipan (MZT Skopje - Macedonia) started seasons very good. Subotic`s Al Riyadi haven`t lost yet a singe game and won several tournaments in preseason and also stay perfect in Lebanese championship. Pipan replaced few weeks ago Aleksandar Todorov at MZT at their first season in strong Adriatic league and already won two Euroleague sides Slovenian Olimpija in Ljubljana and at home Croatian Cedevita Zagreb. Good luck to both of them.

Romanian team Gaz Metan start perfectly their EuroChallenge season as they are after two games on top of their group with perfect record. They first beat at home French Pro A side Dijon 92:89 (Mike st.John 13 points and 6 rebounds, Andrei Mandache 3 points and 4 assists) while their 2nd game was in Estonia with Estonian champions Tartu Ulikool in which Romanian team won another close game wit 70:68 (Mike st.John 17 points and 2 rebounds, Andrei Mandache 4 points and 3 assists). After Aleksandar Todorov steps down from head coach position of MZT Skopje the team found a new coach in Slovenian Ales Pipan. Pipan is at the moment also national team coach of Poland and was before leading also Slovenian national team. Pipan use to work before also in Slovenia (Krka, Pivovarna Lasko), Poland (Anwil) and Croatia (Zadar). We wish Ales Pipan lots of luck and wins in Adriatic league and Macedonian championship.

After a good start in Adriatic league with newcomer MZT Skopje head coach Aleksandar Todorov steps down from his position. Todorov last year won both domestic competitions, Macedonian championship and Macedonian cup. Was also voted Coach of the year award in Macedonia. |

MZT Skopje sign a top level rookie combo guard Brandon Wood (187cm, USA, SG/PG). Wood was brought to MZT by our agency and is a player of our long time American partner Mike Naiditch. Wood is a rookie out of Michigan State where he average 8.8 point per game and reached Sweet 16 this year..he was transfered to Michigan St. from Valparaiso where he was averaging in two years in a row 17 points per game. |

Serbian playmaker Branko Mirkovic (185cm, Serbia, PG) will stay for another season in Bulgarian team Rilski Sportist. Mirkovic last year ended season as 3rd scorer of Balkan league with 17,6 points per game and 2nd in assists with 5 per game. That will be 4th season in Rilski jersey and 5th in Bulgaria as one season he played in powerhouse Lukoil Akademik Sofia. |

One is Romanian national team point guard Andrei Mandache (190cm, Romania, PG) who last year played for Cyprus Keravnos Strovolou and participate also in Fiba Eurochallenge. The other is American PF/C Mike st.John (203cm, USA, PF/C) who last two seasons played in Denmark for IC Horsens. Gaz Metan will in season 2012/13 play also in Fiba Eurochallenge cup. |

Olimpi lost in the finals of Georgian championship against big favourites Armia 1:3 in the series. This is a big success for Olimpi to reach the finals as noone expected that from them but they had a strong regular season as playoffs. Our two big guys that played for Olimpi Ivo Hoger (225cm, Czech rep., C) and Ilija Milutinovic (208cm, Serbia, PF/C) also fit very well in their squad and had good season as well. Hoger finished the season with 11.0ppg and 7.5rpg in just 17 min of play!!! while Milutinovic had 8.5ppg and 7.3rpg in 20 min per game. |

Four clients of our agency finished their seasons in Bulgaria. For the team of Rilski Sportist Branko Mirkovic (185cm, Serbia, PG) finished with 15.0ppg and 4.8apg in Bulgarian league while in Balkan league his stats were 17.6ppg and 5.0apg. In Rilski there was also Ante Bilobrk (202cm, Croatia, SF/PF) who posted 8.4ppg and 3.7rpg in Bulgarian league while in Balkan league his stats were 7.3ppg and 3.5rpg. For the team of Chernomorets Kiril Pavlovski (210cm, Macedonia, C) finished the season with 16.1ppg and 9.8rpg in Bulgarian championship while Dejan Dunovic (190cm, Slovenia, PG/SG) ended with 14.2ppg and 2.9apg. Both teams were eliminated in the 1/4 finals. |

MZT Skopje is a new champion of Macedonia. This is MZT`s first title of a champion in their history since they beat Feni Industria 4:1 in the series. Both teams were already in the finals of Macedonian cup with the same ending, win by MZT. MZT will next year represent Macedonia in Adriatic league. This will be the first time that team from Macedonia will participate in the regional league of former Yugoslavia.
Big congrats on duble crown to all our clients in MZT led by great coach Aleksandar Todorov. Igor Mijajlovic (193cm, Serbia, PG/SG) finished the 5th game with 21 points and 4 rebound and 2 assists, Nikola Vucurovic (200cm, Montenegro, SF) 11 points and 4 rebound while Ognjen Stojanovski (190cm, Macedonia, PG/SG) 5 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists! |
